Commission
• You must include all necessary information for your commission during the initial commission request stage.
- This does not apply to artistic freedom commissions.

• There is a maximum of three revision requests. Please note all changes you want during the initial WIP sketch stage.
- Missing markings or character traits such as horns will not count as a revision.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• Once you commission me, you cannot change your commission for that slot.
- However, you may purchase an additional slot with the new request.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• While commissioning me, do not change your username.
- If I cannot locate you once your order is at the top of my queue, it will be put on hold until you reach out to me.

• You may not change your character for your commission request during the wait period.
- Minor character changes such as small markings or hairstyles are excluded from this rule.
- Your reference image does not need to be a reference sheet; it only needs to be a pre-existing drawing of your character.

Refund Policy
• I only offer full refunds if i haven't started the commission yet.
- Please ensure you like my work and can comfortably afford to commission me before submitting your commission request.

Rights To The Art
• All rights to the art belong to me (AquaticMarble).

• You may not reproduce or sell for commercial use.
- The artwork I create for you is for personal use only.
- If you'd like to own rights for commercial use, please notify me, and we can discuss the additional fee

• You may not heavily edit, trace, or reference any art I create for you.

• Your commission may be used as an example on my price sheet and posted on my social media.
- If you'd like to opt out, you must inform me beforehand.
